Maybach

was founded by Wilhelm Maybach in 1909, the company was originally known as Maybach-Motorenbau Gmbh and was a subsidary of Luftschiffbau Zeppelin/Gmbh till 1918.The company started manufacturing diesel and gas engines and later it started building a large and luxurious automobiles.

The Maybach 57 and 62 were the first two automobiles. They are derived from the Mercedes-Benz Maybach concept car presented at the 1997 tokyo motorshow.














The interior is designed in such a way that a person once sitting in this vehicle doesn't want to come out. The interior is better good when compared to Rolce Royce interiors.

 Maybach 57 s uses a 6.0 L version of the V12 engine manufactured by mercedes-AMG. Power output is 604 hp and 738 ft, providing a sub-5 second sprint to 60 mph that is 97km/hr. It also rides 0.5 inch that is 13mm lower on 20inch that is 508mm wheels.

The cost of Maybach 57s is about Rs. 4,85,00,000 and the cost of Maybach 62s is about Rs. 5,10,00,000.

The New Rolce Royce Ghost is built around a steel Monocoque chassis and suspension system including Dynamic Stability Control and Active Roll Stabilisation to create a more dynamic drive and the Rolls-Royce 'magic carpet ride'.

Powered by a new twin turbo 6.6-litre V12 engine, it is virtually silent, with 80% of its torque available from idle. Coupled with the 8-speed ZF gearbox it accelerates from 0-62 mph in just 4.9 seconds and has a governed top-speed of 155 mph.

Inside, Ghost is refined and cosseting. Entering and exiting is both effortless and graceful - the low sill height means you step 'onto' rather than 'into' Ghost. 


The unique rear-hinged coach doors open to 83 degrees adding an extra sense of theatre for the rear passengers.


Once inside, you are greeted by a simple yet contemporary interior with large expanses of soft full grain leather, natural wood veneers and Blenheim wool carpets. The cashmere-blend roof lining adds to the sense of openness and space, enhanced by the optional Panorama sunroof.


All the leather work is done by hands and there are about 9 differrent colors to choose.

Night vision


During the day the Night Vision System remains out of sight behind a veneered panel. As darkness falls a discreet infrared camera in the grille can detect the body heat of pedestrians up to 300 metres away.


At the touch of a button their thermal image is clearly shown on the Control Centre Display, giving you plenty of time to slow down and pass them safely.


Active cruise control


Designed for use on A roads and motorways, Active Cruise Control makes driving in heavy traffic less tiring. You can set it to maintain a predefined time gap from the car in front, reducing speed to a complete halt if necessary.


Once the traffic begins to move again, Ghost accelerates to the pre-programmed speed as soon as possible.

BMW 3 Series which is going to launch next year..

The new BMW 3 Series models also feature so-called driving expe- rience control. Alongside the Comfort, Sport, and Sport+ settings, there is also an Eco Pro mode, which enables additional fuel savings, depending on individual driving style, of up to 20%.

The new vehicle will offer a head-up display option, which projects all key data directly into the driver’s line of vision on the windscreen, as well as an optional eight-speed transmission for all engines with auto start-stop function.

Other on-board technologies include lane change and lane departure warning, with collision warning. A parking assistance feature also takes care of manoeuvring the vehicle into parking spaces.

The new BMW 3 Series will, for the first time, be available in the sport line, modern line and luxury line configurations.

The new audi e-tron running with solar energy

Audi e-tron:
            Audi is to use solar energy for future mobility: at the Company’s main plant in Ingolstadt, Audi e-tron models will in future have their batteries charged with current obtained directly from photovoltaic equipment on the plant site. The Company is greatly extending its solar energy capacity: by the end of the year additional photovoltaic(its nothing but a solar cell) modules will have been installed on a 7,500 square meter area of the new Audi A3 body construction building’s roof.


This concept shows that Audi is tackling the topic of electromobility systematically. The photovoltaic installation uses innovative thin-layer modules that satisfy the most stringent environmental protection, efficiency and flexibility standards. Plant manager said that “We aim to set the standards in every area”.

Audi is again extending its cooperation with Green City Energy: Audi has now made an additional 7,500 square meters of roof area available on the Audi A3 body construction building, with a peak output rating of 500 kilowatts. Approximately 460 MWh of electricity can be obtained from this new installation, enough to satisfy the annual needs of around 180 households. The extension increases the total annual output from all the plant’s installations of this type to about 1,500 MWh, of which approximately one third is used directly where it is generated.

The new battery charging stations for electric cars, other production facilities will also use this green electricity. By reducing transmission losses, consumption at the generating point makes a worthwhile contribution to energy generation according to climate-friendly principles.

Audi also makes use of solar energy at its second German production plant in Neckarsulm. The photovoltaic installation there is located on the roofs of several garage parking facilities, and generates more than 1,000 MWh of electrical energy annually.

Audi AG a German automobile manufacturer, from supermini to crossover SUVs in various body styles and price ranges that are marketed under the Audi brand , positioned as the premium brand on the 14th of November 1899, August Horch (1868–1951) established the company A. Horch & Cie in the Ehrenfeld district of Cologne, but because dispute between him and the supervisory board, he had to leave the company. A few years later, he established a second company, Horch Automobil-Werke GmbH. The company traces its origins back to 1909 and August Horch. The Audi A2 was a futuristic super mini born from the Al2 concept. It featured many features that gave Audi the cutting edge technology that it had lacked for years, like the aluminium space frame which was a first in production car design. In the A2 Audi further expanded their TDI technology through the use of frugal three cylinder engines. The A2 was extremely aerodynamic and was designed around a wind tunnel. The next major model change came in 1995 when the Audi A4 replaced the Audi 80. The new nomenclature scheme was applied to the Audi 100 to become the Audi A6.
